Complaints can be lodged regarding:

  • services provided by public and private hospitals and health service units
  • corrupt or improper behaviour by Department of Health staff
  • Department of health in general (policy, operation, procedures).

If a direct approach to a health service does not receive a satisfactory response the Office of Health Review may be able to investigate the issue.
