Difficulty – Easy
This desert is delicious but quick and easy to make.

Ingredients
4 small bananas
½ cup orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons sultanas
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
½ teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons low-fat yogurt (for serving)
Utensils
Chopping board and knife
Shallow casserole dish
Measuring cups and spoons
Method
1. Turn oven to 200°C.
2. Peel the bananas.
3. Slice bananas in half lengthways.
4. Place banana halves in a shallow casserole dish.
5. Pour orange juice over the bananas.
6. Drizzle honey over the bananas.
7. Sprinkle with sultanas, walnuts and cinnamon.
8. Bake on TOP shelf of oven for 15-20 minutes.
9. Serve HOT with a tablespoon of low fat yogurt or ice-cream.
