5 minutes preparation + 6 minutes cooking
4 serves of vegies in this recipe
2 corn cobs, halved, husks and silks removed
Marinade
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
2 teaspoons margarine
Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl and microwave on HIGH (100%) for 30 seconds. Brush corn with marinade and place in a dish. Cover with cling film and microwave on HIGH (100%) for 5-6 minutes, turning after 3 minutes to ensure even cooking.
Serves 4.
